Frédéric Krohn

As the Head of Alliance Management, Frédéric oversees the execution and origination of strategic collaborations across our portfolio of programs.

Frédéric has more than 25 years of expertise in alliance management, business development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and global marketing. Prior to joining the Gates MRI, Frédéric served as Vice President BD&L Infectious Diseases and Molecular Therapies at CureVac, where he originated and managed several strategic collaborations for the company. He was also General Manager for CureVac’s US subsidiary. Before CureVac, he held several roles in global marketing and supply chain in Novartis’ Vaccines Division. He joined the Vaccines Division after leading its acquisition by Novartis as a member of Novartis’ corporate M&A team, where he executed a number of transformative acquisitions and divestitures. He started his career in investment banking with Crédit Suisse’s and Wassterstein Perella’s M&A teams.

Frédéric holds a business degree from Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (ESSEC) in Paris.
