Rosemary Rebuli

Dr. Rosemary Rebuli is Head of Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety. Rosemary began her career working as a physician in anesthesia in her native South Africa before moving into pharmaceutical development first at Roche products (Pty) Ltd, and then Novartis South Africa (Pty) Ltd. Her early exposure to diverse healthcare settings shaped a deep commitment to improving equitable access to medicine.

Rosemary went on to build an international career at Novartis, holding roles in South Africa, Switzerland and the U.S. which spanned country level medical leadership, global brand strategy roles, therapeutic are safety leadership, clinical program leadership and overseeing clinical operations at scale. A significant focus throughout her career has been safety and pharmacovigilance, from setting the safety strategy for immunology and infectious disease programs, to conducting safety due diligence for potential new pipeline assets. Rosemary enjoys working across the many disciplines in drug development and working together with investigators, patients, vendor partners and all who collaborate to make new treatments available for those who need them.
